Takes you to the Printing functions submenu

Shows you the page layout of the Site Journal.

File | Create PDF
Takes you to the PDF functions submenu

File | Exit
Closes the program.

Creates a file with the actual daily report, that can be read by Site-Journal Mobile.

Daily report | Export | Company list for Pocket PC
Creates a file with all companies, that can be read by Site-Journal Mobile.

Daily report | Export | Company list as text file
Creates a text file with all companies, that can be read by programms like Outlook or Excel.

Daily report | Import | Daily report from Pocket PC
Imports daily report data from a file created by Site-Journal Mobile.

Settings | Project data
Starts the Project and Company data dialog box into which you can enter names and companies.

Settingst | Choose logo
Starts the dialog to choose the logo. This will appear at the first site of the daily report.

Starts the dialog to choose the language.

View | Tool bar
Hide/show Tool bar.

View | Status bar
Hides/shows the Status bar.

Shows site-related tips with each program start.

? | Help
Starts the Help menu.

? | Infos about Licensee
Shows the licensee's name.
